一、信陽(yáng)東方今典中央城現(xiàn)在入手合適嗎？

信陽(yáng)東方今典中央城，如果以3年前的眼光來(lái)看，位置相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)會(huì)偏一些。經(jīng)過(guò)近幾年的發(fā)展，周邊學(xué)校、醫(yī)院等設(shè)施都已經(jīng)完善。

中央城現(xiàn)在的價(jià)格大約在6500/平，在信陽(yáng)來(lái)說(shuō)價(jià)格屬于中等，性價(jià)比相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)是比較高的。東方今典在信陽(yáng)的名氣還是比較大的，購(gòu)買大品牌的房產(chǎn)，后期的一些事情我感覺(jué)會(huì)好很多，最少應(yīng)該不會(huì)出現(xiàn)一房?jī)少u的情況。

信陽(yáng)東方經(jīng)典中央城我去過(guò)幾次，小區(qū)從綠化到房子間距以及物業(yè)都是很好的，價(jià)格6500/平，還是比較合適的。

三、東方粵海大酒店怎么樣

酒店標(biāo)間不錯(cuò)，干凈整潔，畢竟是這個(gè)星級(jí)。會(huì)議室也不錯(cuò)，擴(kuò)音，投影等設(shè)備工作正常，服務(wù)人員調(diào)試也很及時(shí)到位，提供水牌等配套物品時(shí)也很配合，當(dāng)然也是收費(fèi)的。會(huì)議辦得挺順利，各方都很滿意。一層自助餐晚宴，與酒店方面洽談，特別圍出了一個(gè)VIP區(qū)域，單增加了一些魚(yú)生刺身和進(jìn)口啤酒。甜點(diǎn)的水平不錯(cuò)，推薦抹茶蛋糕和黑森林！總的來(lái)說(shuō)，還是物有所值的。
